What It Costs
Two things determine how much your project will cost: installation location and panel capacity.
We charge by the foot for distance from your electrical panel (the first 5 feet are included)
If your panel does not have enough space or cannot support the load, additional charges may apply
The first consideration is whether there is physical space in your panel:
Two free adjacent slots in the panel are required to install the two-pole breaker for the new 240V circuit.
Often times two existing 120V circuits can move onto tandem breakers to free up space.
The other consideration is whether your panel can handle the additional load. If it cannot, there are two options:
A device that pauses the charger while large appliances are running, which often lets a 100A service take a Level 2 charger without a service upgrade.
If you want to modernize or make room for future projects, we also handle panel and service upgrades, which we can quote alongside the charger.

A licensed electrician checks your panel's capacity, agrees the charger location and cable route with you, and prices the whole job upfront, permit included. No obligation.
Most installs are done in 2–4 hours. We pull the permit, test the finished circuit, and meet the inspector ourselves. All of our work also comes with a full warranty and quality guarantee.
