“I've used this company for a couple electrical projects and have been extremely impressed both times. One project involved relocating an outlet for a wall-mounted range hood, adding a new outlet inside a cabinet for a microwave, installing a new outlet for a bidet, and relocating two ceiling light fixtures to install pendant lights above our counter. The work was done incredibly cleanly, and everything looked like it had always been part of the original construction. Thanks to the outlet work, we were able to install a modern fume hood, a special microwave cabinet, two perfectly centered pendant lamps, and a modern bidet into a home that wasn’t set up for those fixtures. The second project was installing under-cabinet lighting across multiple cabinet sections and connecting all of the lighting to a single Wi-Fi-capable dimmer switch. What seemed like a straightforward project turned out to be much more challenging due to the tight spaces they had to work within. Rather than taking shortcuts, they chose the more difficult route so that all wiring and equipment would be completely hidden. The finished result looks fantastic, with a clean, professional appearance and no visible wires. They are extremely responsive by both text and phone, and they take the time to explain exactly what they're doing and why. As a new homeowner, I appreciated understanding the details of the work rather than being left guessing. They also clean up thoroughly after the job, and every crew member I've interacted with has been friendly, courteous, and professional.”

After a few emails back and forth about the scope of work. In Charge Home Electric provided a flat fee to replace my power panel, add a generator interlock, generator outlet and EV outlet. Price was very competitive. Once I signed the work order (online). They scheduled me in for the work. Fast and efficient. Day of work. I received text messages that the Kadin, Troy and another guy (sorry I forgot his name) were on their way and when they arrived. We had a quick chat about what was involved and if I had any questions. When talking to Kadin and Troy throughout the day. Very professional and down to earth guys. All the work was completed to a very high standard. Highly recommended and any electrical work I need going forward will be to this company. I've already recommended them to a work colleague.”

“This morning around 4am woke up due to being cold. Attempted to reset circuit went to AI which listed a couple of nearby reliable electricians. Left a message at 'In Charge Home Electric' to see if they could fit me into their schedule. It was past 8:00am so we scheduled for 10:00. Troy arrived and diagnosed the problem, fixed it, educated me on how to prevent further problems and I'm writing this review at 10:40. I had overloaded the circuit with a portable heater and electric blanket. The plug in was fried and if not for the circuit breaker I would have woke up to flames or not woking up at all, along with my neighbors since we live in a multi-family home. To say I am grateful is an incredible understatement and we will be getting all of our electrical work done by this company. I highly recommend 'In Charge Home Electric' for whatever small or large electric needs you might have.”

When the generator I had ordered arrived, I discovered it needed a different type of plug than the one they had installed. They flawlessly installed the Smart Home Panel 3, the DELTA Pro Ultra X, and the Smart Inlet Box at the locations of our choosing, along with an EV charger. They stayed with us through system commissioning and patiently answered every technical question that came up along the way. The system worked flawlessly right out of the gate: we simulated a power failure to test it, and the equipment transitioned to battery backup power on the very first try.
