“Great service and communication for scheduling, Zach was communicative of the issues they found and got my power back on the breaker that was failing”

“Kadin, Jarrod, and Noah were awesome. I threw a bunch of same-day requests at them and they didn’t blink, just got to work and knocked everything out efficiently. They handled a full mix of projects: troubleshooting, installing recessed/wafer lights, adding new circuits, exterior lighting, and a bathroom fan. Everything was done cleanly and professionally. What stood out most was how flexible and easy they were to work with. No pushback on last-minute adds, great communication throughout, and they left everything looking sharp when they were done. If you want a crew that’s skilled, responsive, and just gets things done without hassle, these are your guys. Would absolutely use them again.”

“Kadin and Troy were fantastic to work with. Communication was great from the very beginning which is a big deal for me. Troy was very thorough as we did the walk through and estimate so he knew how to provide the best possible service. We received multiple quotes for our job and they were competitively priced. Kadin and his team arrived on time and confirmed what we wanted before starting. Kadin holds his team to a high standard and his work shows. They cleaned up up afterward and ensured we were pleased and did not have any concerns. I highly recommend In Charge Home Electric and will use them for any future needs.”

“Great job! Get the work done quickly.”

“Awesome Company!!! Reach out to In Charge Home Electric via email about some work I needed doing. They responded very quickly asking for some photos of my power panel. After a few emails back and forth about the scope of work. In Charge Home Electric provided a flat fee to replace my power panel, add a generator interlock, generator outlet and EV outlet. Price was very competitive. Once I signed the work order (online). They scheduled me in for the work. Fast and efficient. Day of work. I received text messages that the Kadin, Troy and another guy (sorry I forgot his name) were on their way and when they arrived. We had a quick chat about what was involved and if I had any questions. When talking to Kadin and Troy throughout the day. Very professional and down to earth guys. All the work was completed to a very high standard. Highly recommended and any electrical work I need going forward will be to this company. I've already recommended them to a work colleague.”

“Quick, thorough, responsible service”

“Did a great job installing a new circuit panel in our house. Worked with getting permitting and always the power company to turn off / on power to the house. Even bonus, because they reached out to PSE to arrange power, PSE noticed that the lines coming to our house needed to be updated and they installed a ground line, seal with new concrete, and a new locked access lid.”

“Trustworthy efficient knowledgeable easy to work with. I can highly recommend with confidence”

“Had an EV charger installed by them and didn't have any issues. The install location was far from the breaker, but they were able to do it in a few hours. They were efficient and professional. Got many different quotes for this install and their pricing was very fair.”

“Troy who came to provide the price quote was very knowledgeable and even took the time to share extra information with me. Later, I scheduled a project for outlet replacements and light installation. The technicians, Kadin and his colleague, completed the job efficiently and with great quality. I’ll definitely call them again for my next project.”

“A nice experience of EV charger installation. Very prompt communication and follow up, and a reasonable quote (much better than Hyundai Home Market place). On installation day the two techs did a fine job explaining what would be going on, and were punctual. I appreciated that they did a good job of cleaning up after their work in the garage. The charger works well, so thank you! Would definitely recommend to others!”

“We had multiple outlets not working in my house. I called ICHE yesterday afternoon. Kadin and his colleague came this morning, so promptly. They were polite, experienced and professional. They found problems right way and quickly fixed them. The charge is very reasonable compared to tge work they did. I recommend ICHE without any reservations. The company is wonderful, providing amazing service. You will not be disappointed.”

“They were able to fix everything I asked and then some. Awesome job. Thank you so much.”

“Troy and Kadin replaced my electrical panel, upgraded my service to 200 amp, and installed a couple new circuits. When I was gathering estimates, I ended up choosing them because of their professional and friendly approach, good communication, and competitive cost, and I made the right choice. During the job, they paid attention to my specific needs, remained transparent and honest throughout the entire process, and followed through. They encountered some unforeseen challenges which extended the job duration, but they handled them well and stayed until everything was complete and safe. Their work ethic is outstanding, they stand behind their work, and I’m very happy with the results.”

“ONE OF THE BEST CONTRACTING EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD. Amazing, prompt, knowledgeable, and respectful! Had 2 bathroom wall lamps that went out and didn't have the skill to put them up. They replied right away, inquired about the project and pictures, and were able to come by in a few days! On time and wonderful communication, and such an asset to the WA state electrical community. In and out in an HOUR, took out all the packaging from the new lamps, got rid of the old, just was an absolute joy to have in my home. 20 outta ten, would call again.”

“The 2 guys that came in were respectful. Attentive and explained everything in detail. We liked that they called to see if they could come in earlier. We were charged a reasonable price. Great quality service. We will definitely use them for future needs.”

“Troy made himself available same day of call on a Saturday, was courteous, clean and explained what he was going to do and did exactly that. A reasonable estimate was provided up front and there were no changes at final bill. I will recommend them.”

“This morning around 4am woke up due to being cold. Attempted to reset circuit went to AI which listed a couple of nearby reliable electricians. Left a message at 'In Charge Home Electric' to see if they could fit me into their schedule. It was past 8:00am so we scheduled for 10:00. Troy arrived and diagnosed the problem, fixed it, educated me on how to prevent further problems and I'm writing this review at 10:40. I had overloaded the circuit with a portable heater and electric blanket. The plug in was fried and if not for the circuit breaker I would have woke up to flames or not woking up at all, along with my neighbors since we live in a multi-family home. To say I am grateful is an incredible understatement and we will be getting all of our electrical work done by this company. I highly recommend 'In Charge Home Electric' for whatever small or large electric needs you might have.”

“I needed to have an inlet plug and breaker switch installed to my home circuit breaker box in order to plug in a new emergency generator for power outages. Troy and Kadin were professional and courteous and they worked quickly and efficiently. They installed the necessary electrical connections and cleaned up nicely and their price was quite reasonable. I recommend them highly.”

“Kadin was outstanding.”

“Troy and Kadin installed a manual transfer switch with a mechanical interlock to safely attach a portable generator to my home electrical panel during power outages. They arrived at the appointed time, worked quickly and professionally, and completed the installation at the cost promised, which was very reasonable. They then taught me how to properly and safely use the plug and switches they had installed. When the generator I had ordered arrived, I discovered it needed a different type of plug than the one they had installed. I called Troy and he and Kayden came the next day and changed the receptacle for me at no additional cost. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their services.”

“Service was top tier, knowledgeable, transparent, honest.”

“Great Wall charger installation experience! Professional, customer oriented, proactively propose ideas where to mount (closer to my parking area), etc.”

“We had electricity problem at home. I called ICH yesterday. Kadin with his partner came today, so promptly. They were polite, professional, and experienced. They quickly figured out the problems and fixed all of them. The charges were very reasonable compared to the work they did. I highly recommended.”

“Went above and beyond for my project. I couldn’t be happier with their service! They were also $1000 less than another company that came out and gave me a quote for the same project. I will definitely use them again for my electrical needs.”

“The service was great, on time and did a quality job replacing our noisy bathroom fan.”
